Det betyder att klienten måste borsta tänderna mycket väl efter varje måltid och rengöra mellan tänderna, eftersom bakterierna har fria tyglar! Lite rengöring eller halvrengöring går mycket snabbare i håligheter.

Per definition skulle jag rekommendera att inte använda godis, även till måltider, eftersom det är större chans att socker blir kvar på tänderna.
